This workshop addresses the complex nature of employment relationship from a legal perspective and expose the participants to the legal regime governing recruitment, managing and termination of employment relationship in the KSA. It will also examine the impact of Covid-19 on Immigration and Recruitment matters, new measures announced by the KSA Government with regard to managing headcount cost and to support employers though this period.



Learning Outcome

By the end of the course participants will be able to:
• Gain an overview of KSA’s Labour Law provisions
• Understand the Labour and Immigration framework in KSA
• Know the details of the settlement of Labour Dispute and conflicts
• Learn the process of effective lawful termination of employment
• Use of different methods to recruit KSA Nationals and Non National
• Know how to deal with annual vacation, holidays, official leaves, personal leaves and sick leave
• Know how to calculate end of service benefits
• Protect against occupational hazards such as work injuries and medical services
• Have religious and cultural awareness
